How to renew ChitramTV in Europe
Renew the service attached to your existing account. An Android renewal and a ChitramTV renewal are separate options: owning an Android device alone does not tell you which one to buy.
- Check your current service name and your device’s make and model. If you are unsure, ask support to identify the right renewal before paying.
- Choose the matching renewal and duration from the plans above. Renewals exclude hardware; choose a box package if you need a new box with service.
- Review your order and contact details at checkout. After successful payment, an order confirmation is emailed when you provide an email address. For mobile-only orders, keep your order reference for manual follow-up. Our team sends subscription details separately once the order is processed.
Fixed-term packages do not automatically renew. Subscription-only orders have no shipping fee. For orders containing hardware, select your country at checkout to see shipping and the final total.
